I just wanted to follow up on our review of the Epson Disc Producer from May 2008. It has been 5 months since we first set eyes on this baby, and we still LOVE it!! It is very consistent and we haven't had a single problem with ink...not even a clogged head even if it sits without being used for two weeks.
We have not needed any kind of support but Bill, whose company bought the DiscProducer after seeing Chris' review and asking us a few questions, pointed out that you'll need to go to http://discproducer.epson.com/Disc_Producer/TechResources to get drivers and tech support. I hope that helps if you need this information!
UPDATE: January 2009 - We just finished printing 2,000 DVDs for the Seattle Wedding Show and this duplicator/printer just continues to amaze me. We are just now finally changing the ink cartridges for the first time. I believe that is about 5,000 DVDs printed. To be fair, these last 2,000 have a pretty mellow design...not full saturated color on the entire disc, but STILL!!
